Wibble Farm Nurseries Online Store Conditions of Sale and Use

Terms of Trading
All credit cards will be debited in Pounds Sterling.
All prices quoted on the site are inclusive of U.K V.A.T.
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt. Goods are normally dispatched within 2-5 days but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. We will notify you of any unexpected delays.
If in the event goods are faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team by email at sales@wibblefarmnurseries.co.uk for the Returns Procedure. We aim to deal with any faulty goods quickly. All plants despatched are of the same quality as those found on our Nursery, we do not send out plug plants. If you wish to return any item, it is at the customers cost. Upon receipt we will credit payment of plant price only. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All information is controlled under the terms of the Data Protection Act.
Orders can only be accepted from persons 18 years or over.
You may cancel your order within 7 days. To do this email sales@wibblefarmnurseries.co.uk stating your transaction details.
Secure Ordering
Your online credit card transactions are secure and are provided by PayPal. It uses a Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. When the letters "http" in the URL change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL; also, your browser may give you a pop-up message that you are about to enter a secure area.
We believe that all plants are supplied in good condition and of reliable quality. Wibble Farm Nurseries will not be responsible for their health and welfare after the acceptance of delivery, nor will Wibble Farm Nurseries be responsible for the replacement of any plants which fail to grow due to unsuitable soil conditions, adverse weather conditions, vandalism, damage, neglect or any other cause beyond our control. Consignments must be carefully examined on receipt and any complaint notified by telephone with 2 days and confirmed in writing within 7 days. Our liability for plants supplied is limited, at our opinion, to the replacement of those plants or to a refund of the price paid.
